Great American Culinary Camp

The Great American Culinary Camp Seoul is a professional culinary event that presents a wide variety of U.S. products to the Korean foodservice sector via a recipe idea seminar and tabletop product showcase. In partnership with the Korean Alumni Association of the Culinary Institute of America (KCIA) and many USDA cooperators, this annual activity has informed industry decision makers about the quality, value, and diversity of U.S. agricultural products in the Korean market since 2007.
